'Polski Przemysł' portal about KSM Vision quality control systems
Campden BRI Hungary, Maspex and KSM Vision are jointly implementing a research and development (R&D) project that focuses on the process of automating and digitizing label quality control.
Current solutions available on the market require manual intervention, especially in terms of calibration and parameterization for new formats and products on the production line. The proposed solution is designed to provide fully automated product inspection on production lines. The project focuses on two product categories – jars and pouch packaging.
Having a fully automated quality control system to minimize errors on labels and reduce waste in the food production process is certainly the direction that production facilities in this sector will be aiming for in the future.
